Is anyone working part-time as a salesperson? Are employers usually looking for part-time workers?
I'm an international student and cannot be hired for a full-time job... Is anyone in the same shoes right now?

I’m looking to work part time to start only because I need to earn money at my full time job until I can get things rolling. I’m anticipating 2-3 years. I think employers don’t mind that much. But some may. Shop around at different brokerages
You will need to shop around. Most want you to be FT. That being said working PT you will have lots of cash going out but not so much coming in. You will still need to pay for your insurance every year, quarterly board fees and monthly brokerage fees. After you finish the course expect to spend almost 5k the first week or so with all of this.
